Behind the Project?

This is a high school senior research project aimed toward addressing the over-representation of minorities within the Bridgeport, Connecticut juvenile justice system. This project not only aims to raise community awareness, but focuses on educating a sample group of minority students regarding the inequities of the juvenile justice system to mitigate the achievement gap between minority and majority groups.
